Main bedroom fan was naot fixed to my satisfaction, the maintenance team only cleaned and sprayed WD40. Fan is still not working 100%. Work was marked as completed. Downstairs bathroom was replaced weeks later, after it was replaced there was debris left all over the bathroom. Work was marked as completed. Downstairs sliding door were "lubed" but are is broken, the doors have been broken since I moved in, weeks after the "work they still are not fixed. Maintenance guy said they need it to order new one. There is been a few weeks and haven't heard when they will be replaced. WO was marked as completed.

Also, Like it that maintenance team is promptly to fix stuff and calls in if need to come in to fix stuff, keep it up maintenance team.

It is a good place to live for the convenience of what you are close to. I don’t love how they raised rent in just 8 months of living here on my renewal which I found ridiculous on the amount they are raising it! Especially due to the places are not new and upgraded isn’t really upgraded.

Saw maintenance staff in parking lot and discussed the pending requests attached to my unit. Although it was later in the afternoon (and right before a holiday) they jumped right on it. One was completed quickly, and measurements for a more complicated repair were taken. Overall pleased with the maintenance crew for the 2 years that we’ve lived here.
